Use What You Have Dinner~

I have not done a post on any of the food I have prepared since I started AID, truth be told I have not made anything worth posting, until tonight that is.  I once made this pasta dish because this is what I had on hand at the time turns out it was a hit & my husband loved it, so I will share it with you~

This is what I used to cook this yummy dinner, tell me do you say dinner or supper?  Either way try it, it is sooo good!

I first heated up some grape seed oil and added shallots until they were soft & opaque~

Then I cut up 3 breast's of chicken, I use scissors to cut my meat, it just works for me and it gets the job done quickly.  I add the chicken to the opaque shallots and allow them to brown a bit.

In with the mushrooms & snap peas I cook them until they are nice & soft.  I also, use asparagus, bell pepper, broccoli, cauliflower or any veggie, this is just what I had so I used them today.

I use garlic powder if I do not have fresh garlic on hand so once again I used what I had.

I failed to mention that for this pasta dish I almost always use bow tie pasta, after that is cooked al dente I will add everything together and add oil to the cooked dish to keep it soft & from drying & sticking together I will then add some good sea salt.  That's it, it is really very easy, I do not have measurements to share because I did not use any I normally cook to taste.

What is a good pasta dish without  good bread, salad and a bottle of wine.  If you have not tasted this salad dressing I recommend you do, it is so good, probably one of the best I have had without having to make my own.

This dish is good warm, but truthfully I love it best the next day cold & in a salad, so so good!  So now you know what I will have tomorrow for dinner.  I do hope you try this dish it is very easy & I cook everything in one pan/pot.  Try it will ya & let me know how much you like it.

Thank You & Many Blessings
